MoveOn uses retort pouch technology, where food is packed in specially designed multi-layer packaging and processed under controlled temperature and pressure conditions. This helps create commercially sterile, shelf-stable packaged meals while maintaining the product's intended quality.
The packaging incorporates multiple layers designed for different functions, including food contact, strength and protection from light, gases and odours.
The result is food that can be conveniently stored, transported and enjoyed without depending on conventional refrigeration before opening.

MoveOn takes convenience one step further. Selected MoveOn meals can be enjoyed using convenient heating options, while our heater-bag technology is designed to heat meals without requiring a conventional kitchen setup.
The heater works through a water-activated exothermic reaction, allowing the meal pouch to heat up within minutes. This technology is particularly useful for travel, outdoor activities and situations where conventional cooking facilities may not be available.
